Breeze Vincinz, originally from Chicago, graduated with a degree in film studies/screenwriting from Columbia College. After moving to Los Angeles, he diversified his creative endeavors, venturing into spoken word, poetry, journalism, and literature. His inspiration from Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Toni Morrison ignited his passion for psychologically driven fiction infused with cultural and historical awareness.

He defines his work as "Transgressive Fiction," yet recent coverage has labeled it "Lucid Dreaming Fiction." As a member of underrepresented communities, Breeze's narratives mirror his personal journey, featuring characters who defy societal norms in unconventional and often poetic, metaphysical, and comedic ways.
